Hello! My name is Aaron Chipp-Miller. I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the PPE Center at Brown University. My research primarily focuses on two topics: the normative significance of some people having power over others and what this implies for how social institutions like states and firms should be structured.

Beyond this, I have broad interests across value theory, including agency and responsibility, animal ethics, compensation, and the grounds of moral equality. For more, see the research tab above.

Outside of philosophy, I enjoy getting coffee and talking to friends, watching bad reality TV with my partner, and playing with my cat.
